Text-To-Speech is the technology to synthesize natural sounding speech from ordinary text in order to produce human voice.

High quality TTS synthesis can be coupled with a Computer Aided Learning system, and provide a helpful tool to learn a new language.

Elan Sayso Evaluator is the free software but has highest quality voice. Although it is another program, it is recommended to use with English Transcription as a high quality text-to-speech program.
