English Transcription is a program to help users understand English pronunciation through its transcription in phonetic symbols. This software can transcript any English passage to phonetic alphabets in connected speech. The program can also read aloud any text in Microsoft Word document, just select text and click on ‘Speak’ button. Another interesting feature is ability to synonymize all texts in the document, this may be useful for quick understanding the meaning.

English Transcription is an add-in for Microsoft Word. After installation, a new menu called Transcription will be added into Microsoft Word. The spelling and its transcription will appear in two panes after clicking on ‘Transcript’ button. Click ‘Options’ button to display English Transcription main form |

English Transcription is the shareware. In order to activate its full function, users have to register but with no fee. The program will generate a unique ComputerID from this computer and then the user send this number to the author (hokhoa@hcm.vnn.vn) to receive its unique appropriate ProductID to register in About-tab form of English Transcription main form. |
