Make all entities inside specified blocks to layer 0.

This AutoLISP routine is used to simple layer in the block. Avoid unnecessary layers when inserting a block into a new drawing. Keep all entities inside a block to default layer 0.

Load file 0Block.lsp and type BL0 command to begin.
